Orange organization was established in 2016 in Turkey to support the capacity of the developing Syrian NGOs and CSOs who are working in the humanitarian sector to enhance their capacities in supporting the communities they serve.

The organization believes that one of the most effective ways to achieve lasting, transformational change is through local solutions – created in direct partnership with the people themselves, which deepens impact and promotes empowerment. The organization adapts an integrated approach that tackles problems causing suffering to populations from all angles through measurable and effective methods.

This should be carried out through empowering people by building their ability to live a decent life, earn a dignified living, and benefit from the sustainable use and management of the resources available to them.
