Observa is a Mexican NGO working in several states in the country. Mission: To contribute to the construction of social coexistence with human rights grounded in the recognition of others and respect for differences programs. Vision: To be a reference to national and international level on prevention of violence and civic culture .

Observa AC has been implementing Aflatoun and Aflatot in the city of Mexico with the support of multiple stakeholders such as Compartamos. As of 2016 they are delivering Aflateen in the city of Veracruz under a grant provided by Vopak in The Netherlands and Mexico.
