The Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) was founded by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) in 1991 and since then, has been operating as a non-profit organization under the auspices of the Central Bank of Egypt and Chairman of the Board at the Egyptian Banking Institute. EBI serves the entire of the banking and financial sectors, extends to serve businesses, entrepreneurs and mainstream public through a diversified portfolio of knowledge services, products and solutions. EBI delivers a pivotal role within the banking and businesses sector and competently work to fulfill the successful sustainability of the following key anchors for the sectors it serves: ? Provide excellence in knowledge solutions, products and services through international partnerships, introducing best practices, promoting competitive skills within a globally dynamic market ? Build training partnerships to empower businesses and banks to excel and fulfill potentials

Programme

In partnership with the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), the research and training arm of the Central Bank in Egypt. EBI is taking the lead to form an initiative with several financial education providers in Egypt to roll out a strategy on financial literacy nationwide. EBI reached over 1.5 Million children nationwide through financial awareness sessions that are based on Aflatoun Programme.
