Luan Imeri is the Executive Director of the Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution (CHRCR) in North Macedonia, and also works as an Associate in the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research-Skopje Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
He has been engaged with the civil society sector in the country and in south-east Europe region for more than 20 years. He is part of Aflatoun since 2010. Recently, Luan was in charge for the developing of elective subject called Financial Literacy for the accompanying the New Concept of Primary Education (2020) in North Macedonia.
He has led and participated in projects supported by USAID, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNDP, UNWOMEN, World Bank, CNA, and the EU. These projects aimed to empower children and young people. Luan have extensive work experience and knowledge in financial education, peace education, inclusive education, project management, human recourse management, human rights, conflict management, and mediation.
He is also an Aflatoun Master Trainer.
