  • The newly constructed Postillion Hotel and Convention Centre is located about 15 minutes away to the heart of Amsterdam’s center, complete with 252 luxurious hotel rooms, and conference rooms with innovative audiovisual technology.

  • Hotel Rates

    Double room for single use: €169,00 per room per night
    Double room for double use: €185,00 per room per night (1 or 2 bedded)
    Including breakfast and VAT
    Excluding 7% City Tax.

    When you register with our travel partner THL Travel, you can adjust your rates accordingly.

  • House Rules

    Check in at the Postillion Hotel begins at 2:00 PM (CEST). We recommend you arrive a day earlier to the venue for your convenience. Check out ends at 12:00 PM (CEST).

  • Payments

    The Postillion Hotel and Convention Centre uses a cashless payment system on-site of the hotel and convention centre. It is only possible to pay your expenses using your personal debit card.

    If you do not want to use your personal debit card and prefer to pay in cash, the Postillion offers a debit card that is only valid on their grounds. You are required to submit notes and/or coins (Euros) that can be exchanged as debit for your card. Please note that the card cannot be used outside of the conference’s venue. Directions

  • Directions to the Venue from Schipol Airport

    By public transportation:

    1) We recommend that you take a train to Station Amsterdam Zuid. There are many available options that go to this stop. For helpful apps, you can download the 9292 app or Google Maps for public transportation schedules.

    2) Once you arrive at Station Amsterdam Zuid, you will exit the train platform and head to the station's Metro portal. The best options are Metro lines 50 or 51 to Metro Station Overamstel.

    3) At Metro Station Overamstel, you will exit the station via the road De Huesweg and turn right. Walk straight and the road will curve left to Abram Dudok van Heelstraat. The Postillion Hotel and Convention Centre will be located on your right.
