Moldova: Ministry of Education approves Aflatoun as an optional subject

Since 2010, CCF Moldova and Indigo Centre have been working to get Social and Financial Education in the National Curriculum. Last April, after much work and coordination, Social and Financial Education has been approved by the National Council of Ministry of Education as an optional subject for V-IX classes and was introduced in the National Plan. There is a legal framework for implementing Social and Financial Education in mainstream schools and the Guide for Social and Financial Education has been approved by the Scientific Council of Curriculum of the MoE.
